  • Tinctures are herbs and other plant materials that have soaked in 100 proof vodka for at least 6 weeks. This process extracts both water and alcohol soluble constituents. The mixture is strained and the liquid can now be taken as medicine or to use in meditation or other practices.

  • Elixirs are the same as tinctures but they also contain raw honey. This adds to the medicinal value and the water soluble properties.
